A Proclamation to repeal Proclamation relating

to Registration of Medical Practitioners

WHEREAS, it is found necessary to repeal Medical Practitioners Registrations Proclamation No.100/1948
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55/1/ of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the "Ethiopian Medical Practitioners Registration Proclamation repealing proclamation No. 218 /2000
2. Repeal
The Medical Practitioners registration Proclamation No. 100/1948 is hereby repealed.
3. Effective Date

This Proclamation shall come into force as of the 6^th day of July, 2000
