PROCLAMATION NO. 42/1996

A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE ETHIOPIAN

ROAD AUTHORITY RE-ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Ethiopian Road Authority Re-Establishment Proclamation;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the "Ethiopian Road Authority Re-Establishment (Amendment) Proclamation No. 42/1996."
2. Amendment
Article 7 of the Ethiopian Road Authority re-establishment Proclamation No. 63/1993 is hereby deleted and replaced by the following new Article 7:"7. Members of the BoardMembers of the Board, including the Chairman thereof, shall be designated by the Government with their number to be determined as necessary."
3. Effective Date

This Proclamation shall enter into force as of the 6^th day of July, 1996.
